Q: What makes you different than other organizers?

 A: My background in early childhood, special education and applied behavior analysis (ABA) have equipped me to be supportive and benevolent, while implementing a plan to action for success. I believe that while using researched-based science in which the environment is manipulated to change behavior can have its benefits. Changing enviornments like organzing spaces help to promote positivity and balanced lifestlyes.

Q: How do I get started?

Book a consultation by selecting a date that works for you, put your information in, and I’ll call or text you to confirm. During the consultation, I want to get to know you and your space. We will discuss goals, challenges, different styles, budgets, and timeframe, along with making the decision if I’m the right organizing enthusiast to work with for you.

Q. Is the thought of getting organized so overwhelming you just want to cry?

Your clutter is taking over not just your physical space, but your life too. Maybe you have tried to reduce the disorder on your own by trying to find balance or decluttering, but you just never seem to have the time. Any of this sound familiar? Do not worry, you are not alone. Graytful Nest is here to help you create organized systems and solutions that work best for you so you can have a home you feel calm and at peace in.

Q. What about confidentiality?

All client information will be held confidential by Graytful Nest. During the course of our service, we may come across items of a private or personal nature.  It is our strict policy that no personal or private information is ever shared with anyone else. Graytful Nest maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and respect for the client’s possessions and home.

Q: Do I need to be present during the sessions?

A: In the beginning, your input will be needed during the consultation and assessment process so that your decluttered space will be well suited to your personality, needs, and wants. After that, I can continue sorting, stacking, and storing those organized solutions based on your initial direction. There may be a few tweaks demanded at the end of the project in order to ensure that the solutions organized are the best fit for you. If you would prefer to work alongside me, you totally can! It will help the job go a little faster and you’ll even learn some strategies I use to give a space the order it deserves along the way.

q. Can any unwanted items be donated versus being thrown away?

A. Absolutely! Part of the process of organizing includes purging and decluttering items you no longer want As part of the services offered, I am happy to take a single carload of items off to designated donations. Additional carloads of items will come with a small fee.

Q: Should I clean up before you come?

A: There is no need to clean up your space before your consultation or throughout the process. It’s best if I can see the space how it typically looks and functions with you in the environment or with anyone who shares the same environment. I’m looking for solutions and Graytful Nest has a 100% no judgment guarantee.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit cards. An invoice will be presented and full payment is due at the completion of each organizing session.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. As the sessions are typically booked in advance and can rarely be replaced with another client, all sessions will incur a 50% charge of that session's fees if canceled within 24 hours of the session starting. Cancellations made less than 1 hour on the day will incur a 100% fee payable. This allows me to provide the best service to all my clients and accommodate each session request.
